Welcome to my website, my name is Karl, I’m a CBT psychological therapist based in the uk, and I’m a registered member of the BACP. I’m here to support you with all of your mental health needs, I have many years experience working in support roles helping people with their mental health, and now I’m bringing all of my learned experience directly to you! I’m currently working as a counsellor with Betterhelp and you can see my reviews here.

Online Counselling
Hey I’ve counselled people from all over the world using online meeting software, it doesn’t matter where you live or what time it is, I’m sure we can arrange a session to suit your needs, and I’ll simply send you the link to join your video session!
My current cost per session is £40 (I do offer discount for block bookings).
Other help
If you are looking for cost effective counselling why not consider group sessions at £20 per session, register your interest below and I’ll let you know when there’s enough people to start (min 5 people per group).
I also offer couples therapy if your relationship requires some support at £60 per session
